Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

If approved:

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
